After the below video was filmed, a family was found for Levina. To help her come home please go to:  http://www.ukrainianorphans.com/levinas-fund.html
There are other children that I met who still need homes, please see Yuri's page or Viktor's page to help.

We just came home from Ukraine less than a week ago--the day before Easter-- with two children: Timur and Misha. We have been in Ukraine since February first! Timur is one of the ones lots of you have been waiting for for a long time. No one knows about Misha, though, who is six years old and has hip dysplasia, microcephaly, autisim and other special needs. We tried very hard to bring dear little Mykyta home, too, but were unable to due to the problem with his aunts. I ask everyone to be still praying so hard for Mykyta. Pray that his aunts would take him out of the orphanage or somehow he would still get to come to America. Please.

We are so grateful to all the people that helped us get this far by donating to our children's cause and encouraging us.

      Thank you!!!

I, McKennaugh, am now changing this site to let it become an advocate for the little ones we left behind. Well, actually, 3 specifically: Viktor, Levina,  and Yuri. These three children I have touched, played with, heard their laughs and heard their screams and longed to comfort them as I was forced to only glance hastily through the old white door... when it was left open, that is.

These three--like all orphans--have done nothing to deserve the place that they are in. And unlike all orphans, if they don't get a family, they will likely die. Die. For some, maybe they will be able to live a few more endless years behind bars. For others, like Levina, I know her life will certainly not be years--maybe not even another year--if someone doesn't come.
